Every successful rehab or performance plan starts with one thing: the right diagnosis. At OMNI, we don’t guess. We use specialised movement assessments to pinpoint exactly what’s going wrong — whether it’s a joint restriction, muscular imbalance, faulty movement pattern, or nerve-related dysfunction. This first step is critical. It allows us to create a plan that actually addresses the problem — not just temporarily masks the symptoms. No generic programs. No random exercises. Just accurate assessments that lead to meaningful results.
Once we’ve identified what’s holding you back, the next step is to treat it — starting with muscle stiffness and overactive tissues. We use targeted self-treatment techniques to release trigger points, reduce neural tension, and restore full range of motion. From pin-and-move methods to neuromyofascial techniques, you’ll learn how to work on your own body with precision — no foam rolling your IT band for 10 minutes hoping it helps. This step clears the path for real progress — allowing your body to move better, feel lighter, and become more responsive to training.
Pain is a signal — but it’s rarely the source. In Step 3, we use highly targeted corrective exercises designed to fix the root dysfunction behind your symptoms — not just calm things down temporarily. Whether it’s a weak stabiliser, a loss of joint control, or a faulty movement pattern, we address the actual source with precise drills that restore strength, coordination, and alignment. This isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” program. Every exercise has a purpose — to create lasting change where it matters most.
Rehab isn’t finished when the pain stops — it’s finished when you’re performing at your best again. In Step 4, we guide you through a tailored return-to-sport or performance phase, built around your current fitness level, sport demands, and training goals. Whether you’re an amateur looking to get back to the gym or a pro athlete prepping for competition, our programming adapts to you — combining strength, speed, coordination, and resilience in a progressive, measurable way. This is where rehab meets performance — and where confidence comes back.

We have worked out 3 options that suit the majority of people. If you feel your injury is not very serious and are looking for a quick program, then option one is for you. If you feel that you need more expert coaching for a longer period of time, for a more complex injury - two and three are your options.
